Here’s how we’ll work together.
You can't fix what you haven't mapped. So the first thing we do is look at how your organization actually operates right now, not how the org chart says it does. That's the Ops Roadmap. From there most organizations keep going and I stay on as their fractional COO. Some take the roadmap and run it themselves, which is a fine outcome, and the roadmap is built to work that way.

A full read of how your organization runs. I map your core processes end to end, audit the tools you're paying for against how they're actually used, and find the workflows where work stalls, gets dropped, or depends entirely on one person knowing something.
You get a written assessment of where you stand and a prioritized roadmap: what to fix, in what order, and why that order. It's sequenced so your team can act on it with or without me.
This is the right starting point whether you know exactly what's broken or you only know that something needs to change.
Starts at $3,000 (about 4 weeks)

I become your part-time COO. I lead the roadmap through implementation, help build the dashboards and documentation that your team runs on, coach your leaders as their scope grows, and pressure-test anything new before you commit to it.
Where automation or AI genuinely removes work from people's plates, we build it in. Where it's a shiny object, I'll tell you that too.
The heavy execution will be done in concert with your team, with me directing it. That keeps your cost down, and it means the systems belong to and were built, in part, by the people who will use them.
We anchor on quarterly or monthly objectives, not hours. You get access when you need it, not a standing block on a calendar.
Priced and scoped to the engagement. Three-month minimum.
