Meet Tim
I’m Tim Killeen, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and licensed attorney with a passion for turning organizational potential into tangible results.
My professional journey has been dedicated to understanding how systems work—and how they can work better. From intricate legal frameworks to complex operational workflows, my expertise lies in dissecting challenges and building robust, efficient processes. I founded 11th Street Consulting to empower leaders and organizations to operate with greater clarity and effectiveness, without getting bogged down by unnecessary friction.
My approach is holistic: I recognize that efficient operations and sound legal strategy are two sides of the same coin. Whether it's optimizing and automating daily tasks, implementing strategic project management, or streamlining legal operations, I bring a unique blend of analytical rigor and pragmatic problem-solving to every engagement.
While the work is serious, I believe in an approachable process. I strive to demystify complexity and ensure our collaboration is transparent and productive. Achieving impactful results doesn't have to be a joyless endeavor.
Outside of work, you'll find me immersed in the vibrant culture of Detroit, with my wife Nishaat and our beloved dog, Dave Anderson. I enjoy exploring the city's ever-evolving food and drink scene, cooking and making cocktails at home, traveling to interesting new places, and recording music in my home studio.
