PRIVACY POLICY

Effective September 3, 2026

11th Street Consulting LLC ("11th Street," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you book a call through the appointment scheduler on this site, Google's scheduling tool collects the that information you provide: typically your name, email address, and any details that you include about what you'd like to discuss. That scheduler also uses Google's spam-prevention service to prevent automated abuse of the booking form.

This site also uses a small number of cookies through Squarespace, the platform on which it's built: one for basic site security, and two that provide anonymous visitor analytics, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. These cookies don't identify you personally and aren't used for advertising. This site doesn't use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or ad networks of any kind.

How We Use Your Information

Information collected through the booking tool is used only to schedule and prepare for the call that you've requested. It isn't sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose beyond that. Information collected through Squarespace cookies is used for general analytics purposes, mainly to understand where traffic to the site is coming from and where on the site users are turning their attention.

Third Parties

The scheduling tool and its spam-prevention service are provided by Google and governed by Google's own privacy policy. This site is hosted on Squarespace, which has its own privacy policy governing the cookies described above.

Your Choices

If you'd like to know what information has been collected about you through this site, or would like it deleted, contact tim@11thstreetconsulting.com.
