After practicing law at a law firm and running my own practice, I took a dual role in both legal and operations in the tech world. Following that, I helped the City of Detroit plan, operate and track over 140 projects funded by an $826M federal grant. I founded 11th Street Consulting because I enjoy using the knowledge and skills I’ve gained over the years to help others thrive. In this case, I empower organizations to operate with greater clarity and effectiveness, without getting bogged down by unnecessary friction. My approach is holistic: I recognize that efficient operations and good people management go hand-in-hand. Whether it's optimizing and automating daily tasks, implementing solid project management principles, or giving high-level strategic advice, I bring both analytical rigor and practical problem-solving to every engagement. While the work is serious, I believe in an approachable process and having fun while we work. I’ll avoid all the Lean Six Sigma jargon and just provide practical fixes, often with a joke. Achieving big things shouldn’t be boring! Outside of work, you'll find me immersed in the culture of Detroit, with my wife Nishaat and our best friend/dog, Dave Anderson.
